We will represent you in Ontario's Small Claims Court and before some of Ontario's Tribunals/Boards, such as: 1) Ontario's Human Rights Tribunal; and 2) the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Small Claims Court:
-For all claims worth under or equal to $35,000.00 Canadian Dollars
-Property damage, Breach of contract, etc...
Human Rights Tribunal:
-You have been illegally discriminated against on a ground protected under the Ontario Human Rights Code (such as, but not limited to, on the basis of: Race, Ancestry, Origin, Citizenship, Sex, Gender identity or Disability).
Landlord and Tenant Board:
-As a Landlord: you would like to evict a tenant or have the tenant pay overdue rent owed to you.
-As a Tenant: you would like to raise a claim that your landlord entered your unit illegally or has withheld a vital service, like: heat, fuel, electricity or hot/cold water.
We charge $100.00 Canadian dollars per hour (plus all disbursements**) for all work completed (such as: legal research, drafting pleadings/court submissions and virtual in-court appearances) on a case.
**Disbursements arise when certain actions are completed, such as, but not limited to: the service of a document or the filing of pleadings with the court.
Please Note:
Supportive Law reserves its right to refuse to represent a client resident in Ontario if their case cannot be heard remotely or must be heard in-person at a location outside of Ottawa.
