This service is used to inform you if your idea may be patented, to grant you rights (such as the exclusive right to manufacture and sell the product) in Ontario. 

We will conduct a patentability search for your idea within the Canadian patent database. For an additional fee, we will also give our opinion, supported by legal reasoning, on the patentability of your idea within Ontario. 

Our Search will include: a written report on relevent pending and registered patents.

A patent search shall be $1,000.00 Canadian dollars.

For an additional $500.00 Canadian dollars, we will give our opinion on the patentability of your idea within Ontario.
