We offer virtual commissioning services for all affidavits (and their exhibits) that need to be commissioned in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. This service will be beneficial to you, if you would like a lawyer to commission your document from the comfort of your own home.

What is an Affidavit and an Exhibit to an Affidavit? (As Used in Ontario):
An affidavit is a court document in which a person swears or affirms that information within the affidavit is true. For example, the Ontario Small Claims Court uses Form 15B, which is a template for affidavits submitted to the Ontario Small Claims Court.
An exhibit is a document that can be attached to the affidavit to further support that that the information within the affidavit is true. For instance, an affidavit can state that a person sold another party specific goods. An exhibit to this affidavit can be a picture of the specific goods.

$30.00 Canadian dollars per document
For each additional page (past the third page):
$10.00 Canadian dollars per page
